Vernal Desk Challenge – Official Terms & Conditions

• Who Can Enter The campaign is open to participants aged 18 or older with a valid Instagram account. No purchase necessary in eligible regions.
• How to Enter Share a post featuring your home office setup with a Vernal desk or accessory, and tag @vernal_space.
• One Entry Per Post Each post can be entered once during the campaign. Duplicate entries using the same content across multiple weeks are not allowed and will be disqualified.
• Post Timing Validation Entry eligibility is based on the original publish timestamp of the Instagram post. Backdated edits or reposts will not be considered valid.

• Order Verification Required
  To receive a cash prize, winners must provide a valid Vernal order number.
• Prize Distribution
  All prizes will be issued via partial refund to the original order’s payment method.
  No third-party transfers or direct payments will be processed.

• By entering and receiving any prize (weekly or final), you grant Vernal a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your submitted content (image, caption, Instagram handle) across:
• Attribution Guarantee
  We will always credit your Instagram handle where applicable.
• Opt-Out Option
  If you do not wish your content to be used after winning, notify us via email within 3 days of being contacted.

• All personal data collected for prize fulfillment (e.g., email, order number) will be used solely for verification and delivery purposes.
• Your information will not be stored or shared beyond the campaign duration.

• Entries involving fake accounts, purchased engagement, or metric manipulation may be disqualified.
• Vernal reserves the right to remove any suspicious entries without notice.

• In jurisdictions where a purchase-free method is required by law, participants may email service-us@vernalspace.com for alternative instructions.

• Submitting an entry does not guarantee a prize.
• All prize decisions are subject to:
