CANCELING AN UNSORTED ORDER

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via service-us@vernalspace.com with the canceling reason attached. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Then we will issue a full refund once the order is canceled successfully.

CANCELING AN ORDER IN TRANSIT

If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us at service-us@vernalspace.com.

7. Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 18 p.m. PST each day, we can not change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Sales tax will be charged on most of the orders shipped to destinations within the US. The sales tax rate depends on your zip code on the shipping address. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vernal purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.

Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

13. General Information for all Returns

1. All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in a new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
3. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
4. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
5. You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.
6. We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

*Note: We do not accept returns on bulk orders (with 5 or more items). It is thus recommended to order one sample (free shipping & easy return) to test before placing a large order.

14. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK POLICY

You have the right to return within 30 days without giving any reason. The return period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

Please check if you fall into one of the following two categories of returns:

1. Should you encounter any quality-related issues within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return the product free of charge. In such cases, all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of Vernal.

2. In instances where a return is requested within 30 days without any given reason, the customer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vernal will promptly initiate a refund.

When you want to return without reason, please ensure that the product meets the return conditions

1. All items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, unassembled, in its original packaging).

2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

3. You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.

How much is the return shipping fee

you are responsible for 15% of your order amount restocking fee, which includes the Return Label / actual express delivery fee/storage fee / re-listing fee/destruction fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us ( email: service-us@vernalspace.com) of your decision to return from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the enclosed model return form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

15. Governing Laws

Compliance with any federal, state, provincial or local laws, regulations and directives (“Laws”) relating to the installation, operation or use of Products or Services is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In addition, Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders related to anti-bribery or anti-corruption legislation (including without limitation the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and all national, state, provincial or territorial anti-bribery and anticorruption statutes) and, as such, will make no offer, payment or gift, will not promise to pay or give, and will not authorize, directly or indirectly, the promise or payment of, any money or anything of value to any government official, any political party or its officials, or any person while knowing or having reason to know that all or a portion of such money or item of value will be offered, given or promised for the purpose of influencing any decision or act to assist Seller or Buyer or otherwise obtaining any improper advantage or benefit. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State where Seller’s principal office is located, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in such State. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through said website shall be governed by the law of Nevada.

16. Dispute Resolution

You and Vernal agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Vernal arising in connection with or relating in any way to these Agreements or to your relationship with Vernal as a user of the Service (whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether the claims arise during or after the termination of the Agreements) will be determined by mandatory binding individual (not class) arbitration. You and Vernal further agree that the arbitrator shall have the exclusive power to rule on his or her own jurisdiction, including any objections with respect to the existence, scope or validity of the Arbitration Agreement or to the arbitrability of any claim or counterclaim. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED. There may be more limited discovery than in court. The arbitrator must follow this agreement and can award the same damages and relief as a court (including attorney fees), except that the arbitrator may not award any relief, including declaratory or injunctive relief, benefiting anyone but the parties to the arbitration. This arbitration provision will survive termination of the Agreements.

All notices or demands of or upon us shall be effective if in writing and shall be duly made when sent to us in the following manner:

Vernal users may post, upload, and/or contribute (“post”) content to the Products(which may include, for example, pictures, text, messages, information, and/or other types of content) (“User Content”). For the avoidance of doubt, “User Content” includes any such content posted to the Vernal Blog as well as any other part of the Vernal Service.You promise that, with respect to any User Content you post on Vernal, (1) you have the right to post such User Content, and (2) such User Content, or its use by Vernal as contemplated by the Agreements, does not violate the Agreements, applicable law, or intellectual property (including without limitation copyright), publicity, personality, or other rights of others or imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your User Content by Vernal or any artist, band, label, entity or individual without express written consent from such individual or entity.Vernal may, but has no obligation to, monitor, review, or edit User Content. In all cases, Vernal reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, User Content that, in Vernal’s sole discretion, violates the Agreements. Vernal may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party. Removal or disabling of access to User Content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific User Content.You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. Vernal is not responsible for User Content nor does it endorse any opinion contained in any User Content. YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST Vernal RELATED TO USER CONTENT THAT YOU POST, THEN, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LOCAL LAW, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Vernal HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF SUCH CLAIM.
