Shipping and delivery
What you might want to know:
1. Who are Vernal's shipping partners?
2. Where does my parcel come from?
All parcels are shipped from the warehouse in the United States.
3. To which countries or regions can Vernal's items be delivered? What does shipping cost?
Delivery of products ordered on the Vernal website to the United States is free of shipping costs.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes、Alaska or Hawaii are NOT available.
Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses is not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.
4. May I request an earlier or later delivery?
Late delivery after the order is placed is possible. You can leave a quick note during checkout or contact our customer service directly by sending an email with the order number.
Unfortunately, early delivery is not possible at the moment.
5. How can I track the shipment of my order?
Once the order has been completed, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email. Orders placed before 16:00 will be dispatched as soon as possible on the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). An email with the tracking number will be sent after delivery (tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours).
6. How long does the delivery time take?
Most of our in-stock orders ship in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within United States is 3-8 days.
7. What happens if you are not at home but the courier delivers the parcel?
If you are not at home during the delivery, the courier may contact you by phone and leave the product on your doorstep or hand it to a neighbour for signature, depending on the situation. If you are unreachable several times and the delivery of the parcel therefore fails, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
8. Can you refuse to accept the parcel if the outside of the parcel is badly damaged?
Yes, definitely! If you notice that a parcel has been severely damaged during transport. You can refuse acceptance and contact us by e-mail for professional customer service.
9. Shipping Address Modification
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.Please note
- Order changes may not be possible after the first hour, as most orders begin shipping from our warehouses within an hour.
- If the package has already shipped, we will contact the carrieer to request an address change, but some carriers do not support this
service. - If the change is unsuccessful, you may either receive the package at the original address or contact the carrier to refuse dlelivery.
- If you contact us outside of customer service working hours,we may not be able to respond immediately, but rest assuredwe will
process your request as soon as our team is back onlinee.
You can explain the situation to Vernal Customer Service via email/phone/live chat and provide the new information such as the recipient's name, phone number, email address and address.
10. Am I allowed to pick up the package myself?
Sorry, self-pickup is not possible at this moment. All orders must be delivered via our standard shipping methods.
11. Am I allowed to choose different shipping and billing addresses flexibly?
Yes, you can enter different billing and shipping addresses individually.
12. Can my order be delivered upstairs?

*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

If you place an order before 16:00 local time in the US, an order confirmation email (with the order number) will be sent. Vernal will complete delivery the same day (except holidays) and send you an order tracking number upon delivery (tracking information may not be current and will need to be updated within 24-48 hours).
Special Delivery (Truck Delivery Service)
1. For certain orders that meet specific conditions, we may contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm whether you require Truck Delivery Service.
2. If this service applies, the shipping time will be delayed by 1–2 additional business days.
3. The average delivery time for Truck Delivery Service is 5–10 business days.
4. In some cases, part of your order may be delivered via Truck Delivery, while other items may be shipped by standard courier services.
About Delivery Upstairs:
Our logistics partners provide door-to-door delivery, which typically means your order will be delivered to your front door.However, in some cases (e.g. no elevator access, restricted buildings), couriers may only deliver to the ground floor or entrance. If upstairs delivery isn’t available, many customers:
- Use a trolley or cart
- Ask a neighbor for help
- Hire local help
We require our logistics partners to provide door-to-door delivery. However, we understand that in reality, some couriers may not bring the package directly to your door, even though they report it as such. If you encounter this situation, we encourage you to contact the logistics service and file a complaint. This not only helps protect your rights but also contributes to improving the overall logistics service quality in your community
