30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return within 30 days without giving any reason. The return period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

Please check if you fall into one of the following two categories of returns:

1. Should you encounter any quality-related issues within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return the product free of charge. In such cases, all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of Vernal.

2. In instances where a return is requested within 30 days without any given reason, the customer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vernal will promptly initiate a refund.

When you want to return without reason, please ensure that the product meets the return conditions

1. All items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, in its original packaging).

2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which offered by us is required for all returns.

3. You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address that comes with the RMA number.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

1. Products that cannot be restored after partial assembly.

*For example: after the Chair S-Series is assembled, the air pressure rod and chassis will be locked and cannot be disassembled. Please install with caution.

2. Clearance Items

3. Gift cards

4. Personalized items

5. Batch returns more than 5 open-box or non-quality related items of the same category. (Refers to standing desks and chairs, with the exclusion of accessories)

How much is the return shipping fee

You are responsible for 15% of your order product price(including tax). The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us ( email: service-us@vernalspace.com) of your decision to return from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the enclosed model return form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

*Please be advised: this policy is only applicable to orders that contain 5 or fewer items within the same product category (specifically standing desks and chairs, with the exclusion of accessories). We do not accept batch returns of more than 5 open-box or non-quality related items of the same category.

For purchases exceeding 5 standing desks or desk frames, we recommend initially buying a sample desk to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to making a larger order through our website.

Refund

1. If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different delivery company than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

2. We will refund all costs to you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

3. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. If you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, we will bear the costs of returning the goods. In the event of loss of value of the product due to improper use or installation by you, the resulting damage shall be borne by you.

*Note: For bulk order returns & refunds, please contact our customer service team by email ( service-us@vernalspace.com.) to confirm the exact return cost and delivery method, as well as the exact time for refund. You still have the right to return the product within 14 to 30 days of receipt, but we will need to determine if you need to return the product at your own expense.

Time Frame for the Processing of the Return Shipment

Approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
Credit card providers require approx. 2-5 working days.
