30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return within 30 days without giving any reason. The return period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

Please check if you fall into one of the following two categories of returns:

1. Should you encounter any quality-related issues within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return the product free of charge. In such cases, all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of Vernal.

2. In instances where a return is requested within 30 days without any given reason, the customer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vernal will promptly initiate a refund.

When you want to return without reason, please ensure that the product meets the return conditions

1. All items must be returned in their original condition—unopened, unassembled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items returned in any other condition may be subject to additional fees.


2. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.


3. You are responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided, using the return label supplied.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

1. Products that cannot be restored after partial assembly.

*For example: after the Chair S-Series is assembled, the air pressure rod and chassis will be locked and cannot be disassembled. Please install with caution.

2. Assembled products

3. Gift cards

4. Personalized items

5. Batch returns more than 5 open-box or non-quality related items of the same category. (Refers to standing desks and chairs, with the exclusion of accessories)

How much is the return shipping fee

A 15% restocking fee of the product, covering return shipping, handling, storage, and restocking, will be deducted from your refund.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us via (email ervice-us@vernalspace.com) with your order number, product details, quantity, and the reason for the return.

*Please be advised: this policy is only applicable to orders that contain 5 or fewer items within the same product category (specifically standing desks and chairs, with the exclusion of accessories). We do not accept batch returns of more than 5 open-box or non-quality related items of the same category.

For purchases exceeding 5 standing desks or desk frames, we recommend initially buying a sample desk to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to making a larger order through our website.

Refund

1. Order Cancellation: If you cancel this order, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping fees (excluding any additional costs if you choose a courier other than the most economical standard shipping option we provide).

2. Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process: Refund request → Return to warehouse → Returned items inspected → Condition approved → Refund issued.

*Note: For bulk order returns & refunds, please contact our customer service team by email ( service-us@vernalspace.com.) to confirm the exact return cost and delivery method, as well as the exact time for refund. You still have the right to return the product within 14 to 30 days of receipt, but we will need to determine if you need to return the product at your own expense.

Time Frame for the Processing of the Return Shipment

Approx. 3-5 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
Credit card providers require approx. 2-5 working days.
