Cashback & Free Order Rules

Promotion Dates:

• Nov 14, 2025 – Randomly select 5 customers who place orders on this date to receive 30% Cashback.
• Nov 28, 2025 – Randomly select 5 customers who place orders on this date to receive a Free Order.
• Dec 1, 2025 – Randomly select 5 customers who place orders on this date to receive a Free Order.

Winner Announcement:

• Cashback winners will be announced on Nov 17, 2025.
• Free Order winners will be announced on Dec 1, 2025 and Dec 2, 2025 respectively.

Winners will be notified via email within 3 business days after the announcement.

Refunds:

• Cashback or Free Order refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3–5 business days after announcement.

Conditions:

• Customers must complete both Order Submission and Payment on the specified promotion dates (Nov 14, Nov 28, Dec 1) to qualify.
• Winners will be randomly selected from all successful orders placed on the above dates.
• Limited to one reward per customer during the entire promotion period. If selected more than once, the earlier reward applies.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Non-Transferable: Cashback and Free Order rewards are not transferable or assignable.
• Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States, aged 18 or older as of Oct 31, 2025.
• Refund Disqualification: Orders that are canceled or refunded will be disqualified.
• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate promotion or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and a permanent ban from future promotional activities.
• Technical Issues: Vernal is not responsible for technical failures, including but not limited to website errors, internet connection issues, or data corruption.
• Modification Rights: Vernal reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion to the full extent permitted by law.
• Final Interpretation: Vernal retains final authority for interpreting the rules.
