"I got the tall filing cabinet. The item came damaged. The support team is phenomenal and gave me a couple options to remedy the issue which I appreciated. The were very helpful and responsive. Best support team I've worked with. Both drawers work well for just hanging files and folders without tabs. The top drawer is bigger so you can use hanging files and folders with tabs. The bottom drawer is smaller than the top drawer. Therefore folder and divider tabs catch in the bottom drawer when closing the door. I personally think this is a design flaw and an area of improvement. Either make the bottom drawer as big as the top or make the bigger drawer be on the bottom so it's not too heavy. I can't put all my folders in there or it would be too heavy. The smaller bottom drawer is the also the only drawer that locks. The top drawer is just the right size but doesn't lock. The cabinet rolls well and so do the drawers. It fits under my L-shaped standing desk and use the programming buttons to keep it above 32 so it doesnt hit the cabinet."

"I love my desk but purchased both sizes of file cabinets as well and have found them to be wanting. The design looks nice but the functionality is lacking. Bottom drawers in both the short and tall cabinets do not work with hanging file folders that have name tab inserted. . the interior height of the drawer will not accept them. Seems slightly pointless to have 1/2 drawer that will not work for it's intended use."
